Rajiv joined Bristows as an associate in September 2021 and is part of the corporate team.

He advises UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, equity and debt financing.

Rajiv works with clients across a number of industries, with particular attention on the life sciences and technology sectors. Rajiv’s interest in providing commercial advice to technology focused companies is complemented by his background in economics.

Rajiv also has experience in providing general corporate advice to clients on corporate governance matters, joint ventures and shareholder disputes.
