Faye Harrison

Senior Associate

Faye is a senior associate in Bristows’ data protection team. She advises UK and international organisations on their data privacy strategies, including developing and maintaining privacy compliance programs, implementing data transfer mechanisms and navigating new product development.

Faye’s practice covers a broad spectrum of data protection and privacy issues, with a particular focus on those arising in the life sciences and tech sectors. She regularly advises on issues relating to individual rights requests, direct marketing, anonymisation and employee monitoring. She has also assisted some of the world’s largest companies in the implementation of both controller and processor Binding Corporate Rules.

Faye has a background in commercial IT transactions, having previously advised upon and negotiated a wide range of technology-focused contracts, often with data at their core. She has also spent time on client secondments both in London and overseas, including with US headquartered Big Tech companies, a household name fast food chain and a UK regulator.
