Faye joined Bristows in July 2012 as a senior associate in the Commercial IP/IT Team, specialising in commercial IT and data protection matters.
Faye has particular experience in the areas of new and developing technologies, having advised widely on agreements for cloud-based services and social media platforms, mobile app development and privacy issues relating to portable technologies. She has also advised widely on global data privacy strategies, including in respect of well-known consumer-facing businesses.
Faye’s practice also involves drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of technology-focused transactions. She has worked on international IT outsourcing deals within a variety of customer sectors, acting for both customers and suppliers.
Faye has recently spent time in-house with a market leading online recruitment services business, working closely on a number of projects relating to new and updated product offerings, including collaborations with third parties for the development of new technologies. She regularly advises clients in the TMT sector on data protection, e-commerce and compliance issues as well as advising on general commercial matters.
