Sophie is a senior associate in our corporate team. She assists clients in IP-rich sectors with their corporate and investment matters and has a particular focus on M&A and investment within the life sciences and TMT sectors, often with a cross-border element.

Sophie’s experience includes advising on complex international private and public M&A transactions, supporting UK businesses with their nationwide acquisitions, and working with companies and investors on venture capital and private equity investments. She also has significant experience advising on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional restructurings and joint ventures. In 2021, Sophie completed a secondment with a major global biopharmaceutical company.

In addition to her transactional practice, Sophie regularly provides corporate law advice on shareholder, governance and share capital matters.
