Maria has worked on a number of patent litigation cases in both the life sciences and technology sectors. During her training contract at Bristows, she spent three months working in the legal team of a leading medical technology company.

Prior to joining Bristows, Maria completed a masters in bio‑inorganic chemistry during which she developed multi-enzymatic cascade reactions with the aim to promote the use of ‘green’ catalysts in chemical manufacturing.
