Antonia joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the competition team in September 2024. She advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including merger control, investigations, litigation and competition law aspects arising out of commercial agreements.
During her training contract, Antonia undertook a secondment in the international litigation team of a leading global technology company.
Some of Antonia’s work highlights include:
- Advising Bestway on its acquisition of the UK pharmacy wholesale and retail business of Lexon, one of the fastest Phase 1 clearance decisions before the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
- Assisting an animal medicines manufacturer with the CMA’s market investigation into the veterinary sector.
- Advising a UK housebuilder on various aspects of the CMA’s investigation into alleged information exchange in the UK housebuilding sector.
Prior to joining Bristows, Antonia worked at a fast-growing LegalTech company and a Munich-based legal research institute. She also completed an internship at a strategic communications agency in London, with a focus on litigation communications.
Antonia is fluent in German.
