Rose has advised a wide range of clients on high-profile litigation and contentious regulatory matters. She has experience in the High Court, the Supreme Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as in advising on complex pre-action issues. Her work focuses on privacy and media law, group actions and online safety.

Her previous work highlights include:

  • Advising a global technology platform in its defence of two data breach representative class actions.
  • Acting for an intervener in Lloyd v Google before the Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Bristows, Rose was an Associate in the Disputes team of a Magic Circle law firm, where she also trained. During this time, she spent a year on secondment to the privacy litigation team of a global technology platform.
