Tabitha is an associate in the tax team. Tabitha’s practice area covers all aspects of corporate taxation, including tax efficient employee share incentive arrangements. Tabitha also advises on real estate tax issues and indirect taxes (including VAT and stamp taxes).

Tabitha spent time on secondment at Google DeepMind, gaining experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

Tabitha completed her BA in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. Prior to joining Bristows, Tabitha worked in Tokyo for a research and strategy consulting firm in the IT sector.
