Jessica draws on extensive industry knowledge from previous roles at leading global fashion houses and luxury retailers, where she worked in product development, visual merchandising, and client-facing retail roles before turning to a career in law. Her practice now focuses on UK and EU trade mark and design matters including enforcement and dispute resolution, as well as IP portfolio management and filing strategy. She advises clients in a range of industries, especially Big Tech, Fashion, and Sportswear.

She has enjoyed representing and advising a luxury jewellery and watch house, luxury fragrance house, high-end sportswear designer and manufacturer, and major global fashion brand in respect of trade mark enforcement and design invalidation and infringement matters. She has also notably advised a luxury menswear label on its rebrand, providing strategic guidance on brand protection and IP asset management.
