Angelica joined Bristows in November 2020 and is a trade mark attorney in the brands, designs & copyright team. Angelica’s practice includes advising on watch notices, conducting and advising on clearance searches, devising and implementing filing strategies and dealing with official objections.

Angelica also has experience in relation to contentious trade mark matters including filing and prosecuting oppositions proceedings at both the UK Intellectual Property Office and the EUIPO.

In addition to trade marks, her practical experience also covers domain names enforcement projects.
