Jamie joined Bristows in January 2022 as an associate in the corporate team. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, investments and reorganisations, as well as general corporate matters. He has experience across various sectors including technology, financial services and consumer products.

Prior to joining Bristows, Jamie trained at a leading international law firm, qualifying into its corporate department in March 2019. He has also gained valuable in-house experience by spending six months on secondment with the M&A team of a FTSE 250 company, and multi-jurisdictional experience from six months spent in the corporate team of a leading law firm in Madrid.
