Gaby has experience assisting a wide range of clients including landowners, developers, landlords and corporate occupiers.

Gaby regularly advises clients on a variety of transactions including leases, asset management, acquisitions, disposals and conditional agreements. Gaby has experience in a number of sectors including office space, technology and life sciences.

Some of Gaby’s work highlights include:

  • Advising a landowner on the sale of a site subject to planning for residential development.
  • Advising a London based production company on various leases and freehold site acquisitions.
  • Negotiating a lease of head office/laboratory premises for a biotech start-up specialising in virus resistance bioengineering.
  • As part of a team, advising an international investor on their acquisition of a £107m rural site including several renewable energy farms.

Prior to joining Bristows, Gaby undertook client secondments working in-house at the UK head offices of two world-leading vehicle manufacturers, where she assisted on a broad range of real estate and commercial matters. Gaby gained invaluable experience during her time in-house, learning how to quickly ascertain and anticipate the core needs of a business and then work with the team to deliver the appropriate legal solutions.
