Anna joined Bristows as an associate in September 2024 and is part of the corporate & financing team. She advises UK and global clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, group reorganisations, and general corporate matters.

Anna has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors including technology, life sciences and financial services.

Prior to joining Bristows, Anna trained at a leading international law firm, qualifying into its corporate team in February 2022.
