Oliver joined Bristows in March 2020 as an associate in the corporate and tax team. He advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including cross-border M&A, equity capital raising, restructurings, reorganisations and carve-outs. Oliver has experience across a range of sectors such as financial services, technology, pharmaceuticals and consumer products.

Oliver also provides general corporate advice to clients regarding corporate reorganisations and shareholder and governance matters.

Prior to joining Bristows, Oliver trained at a leading international law firm in March 2018, qualifying into its private equity department in March 2018.
