Aida Tohala


Aida joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor in September 2013 and qualified into the IP litigation department in 2015.

During her training contract with the firm, as well as training in IP litigation, Aida had exposure to a wide range of other practice areas including competition, data protection, transactional IP, information technology, real estate and commercial litigation.

Aida also spent three months on secondment to the in-house legal department of a leading internet services company where she assisted on various litigation matters.

Aida has experience of litigating patents for pharmaceutical products before the English Courts, as well as experience of coordinating patent litigation in other jurisdictions in the context of global life cycle management. Aida also has experience of trade mark infringement litigation.
