Molly joined Bristows as an associate in September 2021 and is part of the corporate & tax team. She advises UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments and reorganisations. Molly has experience across a range of sectors including life sciences, technology, financial services and consumer products.

Prior to joining Bristows, Molly trained at a leading international law firm, qualifying into its corporate team.

Molly has gained valuable commercial and multi-jurisdictional experience by spending six months on secondment in the private M&A team of a leading law firm in Helsinki, as well as eight months in the in-house legal team of an international bank.
