Her experience includes all aspect of trade mark matters relating to UK, International and European Union Trade Marks, including conducting clearance searches, trade mark filing and prosecution, negotiation and settlement of trade mark disputes, providing advice on trade mark infringement and passing off, portfolio management and strategy as well as domain names and transactional issues.

Stephanie has over 10 years’ private practice experience acting for a range of clients in a diverse fields, such as dental goods, leisure and hospitality and the financial sector. She is a regular contributor to the CITMA Review.
