Senior Associate

Victoria has over 11 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law and foreign direct investment rules. Victoria has successfully represented market leading clients in sectors as diverse as technology (inc. AI), health care, financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, fast moving consumer goods, construction and real estate.

She has broad experience in advising on investigations including dawn raids, immunity and leniency applications, cartel investigations, market investigations and abuse of a dominant position. Leveraging her investigations experience, Victoria counsels clients on day-to-day competition law issues in their commercial arrangements.

Prior to joining Bristows, Victoria worked for other leading international law firms in London and Brussels. She also gained valuable insight in to the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority from her experience as Principal Case Officer. Her most recent experience includes leading on two complex in-depth merger investigations before the European Commission and the CMA and representing the main complainant in a large tech merger investigated by regulators including the FTC, EC and the CMA.

She is a British national, fluent in Chinese Mandarin and has experience working in, and with clients from, the US, Japan, Korea and China.
