Lucie joined Bristows in September 2015 as an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation department.
Lucie has worked on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on IP litigation. Her litigation experience is diverse and includes patent, trade mark, copyright, passing off and design right disputes. She advises on IP issues in a variety of sectors including life sciences, retail, technology, media and telecommunications.
Lucie also has in-house experience, having spent six months on secondment to the litigation department of a major retailer.
Lucie is a member of the Society for Computers and Law, the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association and IPSoc.
