Jerome joined Bristows as a senior associate in February 2024 and is part of the brands, designs and copyright team. Prior to joining Bristows, Jerome worked as an attorney at two Belgium patent and trade mark firms, where his practice focused on the various areas of trade marks and designs matters at UK, EU, Benelux and International level. He provides comprehensive support and legal expertise to a variety of clients and assists them in conducting searches, filing trade mark and transactional process including negotiations, coexistence agreements or settlement of disputes.

Jerome is an appointed EUIPO Professional representative and member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law since 2012.

Jerome also works closely with Users Associations for projects of cooperation with the national and regional intellectual property offices of the EU.
