Hannah regularly advises both generics and innovator clients in the life sciences sector on litigation risks and opportunities. She is well regarded for her technical expertise, and is quick to understand complex technology. Her experience in both regulatory and patent issues affecting life sciences clients informs all her advice, and results in a well-rounded and commercially informed approach.

Hannah completed her MSci in Natural Sciences in 2017. The multi-disciplinary nature of her degree has equipped her with a rounded understanding of various scientific fields, and she brings this technical expertise to her legal work.

  • Leading junior associate in a category 5 patent infringement action before the High Court.
  • Assisting a leading generics company in multiple High Court patent invalidity and infringement trials.
  • Drafting an infringement analysis of multiple patents for a large chemical manufacturer.
  • Advising a leading generics company on medicinal products regulations in over 10 jurisdictions.
  • Drafting initial invalidity and freedom to operate analysis for a leading generics company.

Hannah has extensive experience of litigation in three diverse contentious seats as a trainee and three years of experience as a solicitor. She has been the lead associate on six active litigations since qualifying as a solicitor in 2021, two of which she saw to trial.

Hannah is consistently recognised as a team-player by colleagues and clients due to her ability to identify potential barriers on a project and pro-actively resolve them with clients’ key priorities in mind.
