Louise is an associate in the commercial technology and copyright disputes team. She has extensive experience advising clients on complex, high-stakes disputes in the tech sector.

She has experience advising a wide range of clients at all stages of a dispute: from pre-action to formal proceedings (in a range of fora including the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as arbitrations under various institutional rules) to settlement. Her work often involves cross-jurisdictional and crisis elements.

Prior to joining Bristows, Louise was a Managing Associate at a Magic Circle law firm, where she also trained and practised. During this time, she undertook two secondments to a global technology platform.
