Emilia Richards

Associate

Emilia advises clients on a range of life sciences regulatory issues. These include medicines, software medical devices and artificial intelligence, clinical trials and clinical investigations. She also supports our corporate team by providing regulatory advice in relation to transactions in the life sciences sector.

Prior to joining in Bristows in March 2021, Emilia was a lawyer for the Government Legal Department advising the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. In that role, she advised on medical devices regulation and worked on a number of pieces of primary and secondary legislation. Emilia was previously an associate at a major international law firm.

  • Admitted as a solicitor to Supreme Court of NSW (December 2013)
