Ben joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor in 2015, before qualifying into the IP litigation team in 2017, where he specialises in patent disputes. Ben has experience in the English Courts, as well as extensive arbitration experience, having been closely involved in a complex and high value cross-disciplinary arbitration since qualifying at the firm.
Ben also has experience advising on the co-ordination of global patent litigation and prosecution strategy, working closely with a US-listed pharmaceutical company on its core patent portfolio. His pharmaceutical experience involves work with both small molecule and biological medicines, as well as medical devices, and has included work for both originators and generics.
