Alexandra is a senior associate in the commercial IP team at Bristows. She joined Bristows in January 2018, having trained and qualified at a magic circle law firm.

Alexandra has a broad IP experience and specialises in advising clients on non-contentious IP matters and general commercial matters, with a focus on transactions which involve the development, exploitation and transfer of IP rights. She has expertise in advising clients on the intellectual property and commercial contract aspects of M&A transactions.

She advises clients across a range of industries most notably in the life sciences, technology, film, media, brands and consumer products sectors.

Alexandra has spent six months in-house on secondment as a trainee in the IP transactions team of a large global healthcare company.
