Victor joined Bristows as a trainee solicitor in August 2021 and is part of the patent litigation team.

Prior to his time at Bristows, he worked as a paralegal and subsequently as a privacy analyst for a FTSE 250 online software and gaming business.

As a privacy analyst, he assisted in the creation of a global group-wide compliance function, provided both legal and operational data protection support, and produced bespoke learning materials.

His past experience includes assisting with brand portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions with an IP and data focus, negotiating data processing terms for gaming and adtech agreements as well as supporting gambling sector-specific regulatory compliance programmes.

Victor speaks Italian, German, Spanish and French.
