We have extensive experience of working with public sector and utilities clients to structure and implement compliant procurement procedures. We frequently manage procurements on behalf of our clients, from the design of the procurement strategy, through drafting the documentation and running the process, to managing evaluation and contract award. We also advise suppliers to the public sector and utilities to help them understand the required processes and how to maximise the chances of success when bidding.

Where there is a potential breach of procurement law, we offer guidance on rights to access information on the relevant procedures and the potential remedies for breach. We also advise both public sector bodies and utilities and successful bidders on proactive steps to minimise procurement law infringements, the potential for set-aside of awarded contracts and addressing the commercial implications of set-aside.
