We frequently advise on family-friendly rights, equal pay, bullying, stress and discrimination claims and we draft policies and procedures on various aspects of equal opportunities. We also assist businesses to implement best practice and procedure.

We regularly draft employment contracts, Directors' service agreements, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks and policies, confidentiality and IPR agreements and restrictive covenants.
