Ralph Giles

Associate

Ralph is an associate in the commercial IP/IT group, specialising in transactional intellectual property and information technology, general commercial contracts and public procurement matters.

During his training at the firm, Ralph gained experience in a number of areas across our key practice areas. Since qualifying in 2016, Ralph has gone on to work on various IP and IT transactions, specialising in transactional IT outsourcing agreements and public procurement matters.

Ralph has also spent time on secondment to the in-house legal departments of various global organisations, including an advertising and public relations company and a natural resources organisation, gaining valuable commercial experience. He has a keen interest in the ethics and regulation of new and disruptive technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
