Ralph Giles


Ralph is an associate in the Commercial IP & IT group at Bristows. Since qualifying in 2016, Ralph has assisted clients with interpreting, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and commercial arrangements, specialising in technology, IT outsourcing and public procurement matters. He also has a keen interest in the ethics and regulation of new and emerging technologies and sectors, particularly relating to artificial intelligence and SESG.

Ralph has also spent time on secondment to the in-house legal departments of various global organisations in the advertising, media & entertainment and natural resources sectors, gaining valuable commercial experience of working with both in-house legal and commercial teams. This experience allows Ralph to quickly understand his clients’ legal and commercial needs and provide tailored, specific advice to help resolve problems and achieve his clients’ goals.
