Rosalie trained at Bristows and qualified into the commercial IP/IT and data protection department in 2017. Since then, she has developed a strong focus on data protection and privacy law, predominantly helping clients to interpret and implement the GDPR in a practical way.
Rosalie has gained experience in a broad range of sectors, and has worked with global technology and social media organisations, software and cloud computing companies, multinational news publishers, consumer goods companies, marketing agencies and consultancies. She is particularly experienced in coordinating GDPR compliance projects, from drafting external and internal documents to providing training sessions for employees and answering ad hoc queries from clients. She has also helped clients handle data breaches and regulatory investigations, assisted with responses to data subjects’ rights requests, and prepared litigation strategies for various multijurisdictional cases.
