Anna Ní Uiginn

Anna advises both domestic and international clients on a variety of data protection and privacy compliance matters, including in relation to data processing and transfer agreements, responding to data subject requests, data breach response management, and direct marketing.

Anna trained and practised in Ireland where she advised a broad range of clients (including start-ups and large multinational technology companies) on non-contentious IP and data protection matters. She also has experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including in particular, services agreements and IP licensing arrangements in the technology sector.

Anna subsequently practised in a US law firm working on corporate transactions, carve-outs, and business separations in which data protection, IT, and IP play a key role.
