Aimee joined Bristows in June 2015 as an associate in the EU and Competition department.
Aimee’s practice focuses on contentious antitrust and her experience includes a number of cross-jurisdictional matters. Aimee has a particular interest in the competition / intellectual property interface; she has recently assisted with the competition and FRAND aspects of a telecommunications patent dispute and continues to assist on abuse of dominance claims in the TMT sector.
Aimee also provides assistance in regulatory investigations and advises clients in various sectors on competition law issues that arise in commercial agreements or in relation to market share. Aimee is a contributor to Bristows’ competition team blog, the CLIP Board.
Prior to joining Bristows, Aimee worked at a competition litigation firm, representing claimants in high-value damages claims in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal. Aimee has also spent time working in-house in the games and interactive entertainment industry, where she focused on monitoring legislative changes and evaluating their potential impact.
