Sarah joined Bristows in December 2019 as an associate in the corporate team. She advises UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, equity and debt financing and spin-outs.

Sarah also has experience in providing general corporate advice to clients on corporate governance matters, joint ventures and shareholder disputes.
