Yen Hoe

Associate

Yen joined Bristows in 2023 as an Associate in the Commercial Technology & Copyright Disputes Team, having qualified in-house with a leading multi-national company.

In her time with Bristows, she has been involved in a FRAND licensing litigation in the telecommunications industry and has been closely involved in quantum in a major IT contract dispute.

Yen has previously gained Intellectual Property and trade mark experience in the fashion and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Bristows, she managed the EMEA brand protection activities of a leading global company in the food and drinks industry. In this role, Yen managed internal and external teams, collaborated with other brand owners on a cross-industry basis, directed legal action and co-ordinated enforcement efforts with law enforcement authorities. She is fluent in Chinese and has provided language services in the legal sector.
