Many technology and sourcing deals are signed promising innovation, change and transformation. After all, there is a real need for these deals to drive more value from data through AI, analytics and multi-cloud, automate manual processes, and leverage best-of-breed tools and platforms.

But too often, they don’t deliver innovation beyond the business-as-usual.
