We supported our client’s initial investment into the Silicon Valley start-up it was partnering with, advised on the IP licensing and IT hosting arrangements, as well as data protection and healthcare regulatory compliance.

Our client, one of the largest Nordic banks, was keen to invest in start-up and scale-up technologies businesses, particularly those involved in digital transformation.
