We assisted our client in bringing a successful application for an interim injunction during the crucial post-launch sales period and went on to obtain a permanent High Court injunction against the defendant, shutting them out of the UK market permanently in conjunction with concurrent proceedings in Germany and the US.

Our client, a public sector body, has developed a genomic medicine service based on a ground-breaking genome sequencing project. We have advised our client on its IP and commercialisation strategy for implementing the largest sequencing project in the world and led negotiations for the various data, technology and IP commercialisation projects, as well as assisting on the real estate transactions to house the sequencing and technology hardware and providing employment and corporate advisory services.
