Robert Bond was quoted in a Law.com article after speaking on a panel on privacy engineering , AKA “privacy by design”, at the New York Legalweek Conference 2020.
Robert expresses the idea that tech advances aren’t the sole way to ensure privacy by design. Other solutions include better training to educate employees on policies, as well as actually making it clear within a business what their policy is.
