Acting for a UK pension fund for nearly 40 years in respect of both its directly and indirectly held real estate investments.  In addition to advising on acquisitions, disposals and interim asset management issues, we have also advised on the most tax efficient way of exploiting its real estate assets in joint ventures with both residential and office developers. 

Providing real estate advice and transactional support to the largest of the four Inns of Court of London with an estate comprising 350,000 square feet of accommodation over an 11 acre site.

Advising on the structuring, establishment management and subsequent closure of the a £200m sector-specific closed ended vehicle on behalf of a syndicate of institutional investors.

Acting for a global photographic brand for over 40 years in connection with its real estate holdings including a range of development and regeneration projects.  We most recently advised them in relation to a long term project with Land Securities for the phased disposal and redevelopment of a 60 acre manufacturing site.
