SEP2020 will be made up of a free online series of panels spanning across three days. These sessions will consist of thought-provoking content with top leaders from across all sectors of the industry.

Partner Sophie Lawrance is taking part in one such expert panel, discussing “Global licensing of patent portfolios after Unwired Planet and Sisvel” on Tuesday 10 November, 2020. Among other topics, the panel will explore the ramifications of the UK decision in Unwired Planet and the German Federal Court of Justice in Sisvel v. Haier.

Panellists also include Matteo Sabattin, Director of IP Policy for Ericsson, Zoë Butler, Partner at Powell Gilbert LLP, and Christof Augenstein, Co-Founder, Kather Augenstein.
