Our patent litigation expert, Liz Cohen will be presenting a short webinar that looks at the concept of the ‘skilled person’ – how skilled should they be?

A skilled person acts as a reference point by which patent validity and infringement is considered in the UK.

The webinar will appeal to commercial and IP lawyers and patent attorneys involved in patent applications and challenges.

It will provide guidance for patent practitioners as to the identity and the skill set of the skilled addressee and considers how that skill set is evolving.

This webinar will cover the following:
