To mark the launch of our annual Patent Review of the Year publication, and in light of the current situation with COVID-19, this year we won’t be running live seminars. Instead, we’re going online!

We will look at some of the key developments in patent law and discuss the most important cases of 2019, and will be releasing the presentation as a video on Monday 23 March.

As with previous years, we will provide a concise summary of the most important developments. Dominic Adair, Katie Cambrook and Naomi Hazenberg will cover statistics and Top 10 cases from the English patents courts from 2019, including Shanks v Unilever, TQ Delta v ZyXEL and Actavis v ICOS.
