Mark has practised commercial dispute resolution since 1995 and joined Bristows as partner in October 2007. 

He has particular experience in complex disputes, often with multi-jurisdictional aspects, in court commercial litigation as well as institutional (ICC, LCIA, AAA, SCC, Swiss Rules)  and ad hoc arbitration.

Mark’s work covers a range of dispute issues arising (among others) from commercial and corporate contracts, banking and financial services transactions and digital media intellectual property infringements.

His clients include corporations operating in  industry sectors including financial services, mining and commodities trade, information technology and media.

Mark runs Bristows' Groupe Juridique Francophone, which provides a full range of legal services to French and Francophone companies with commercial interests and investments in the UK. He speaks fluent French and Italian.

He is a member of The Association for International Arbitration.
