Liz Cohen

Liz has a background in neuroscience and specialises in life sciences patent litigation. For over 16 years she has provided strategic and commercial advise to clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Devices fields, where she has represented them in the English Courts all the way up to the Supreme Court. Liz is a qualified solicitor advocate and has extensive experience of co-ordinating cross-border litigation within Europe and beyond for clients. She is regularly invited to speak on the implications of the UPC on the Life Sciences Sector and sits on CIPA’s Life Sciences Committee.
