Jessica’s practice focuses on UK and EU trade mark and design matters, including filing strategies, portfolio management, IP enforcement, and dispute resolution. She has experience advising clients across a broad range of industries, including Technology, Fashion, and Sportswear.

Jessica draws on extensive industry knowledge from previous roles at leading global fashion houses and luxury retailers, where she worked in product development, visual merchandising, and client-facing retail roles, before turning to a career in law.

Jessica recently advised a luxury menswear label on its rebrand, providing strategic guidance on trade mark filing, brand protection, and IP asset management. She has also successfully pursued several design invalidation actions before the UKIPO.
