Event Information

Sir John Mummery will be presiding over the “Jack Wills v House of Fraser” moot appeal on 19 January 2016. The 2 hour CPD session will focus solely on the “Pheasant v Pigeon” case and will feature Amanda Michaels and Guy Tritton of Hogarth Chambers who will act as Counsel for each party. Jeremy Blum of Bristows will be chairing the event.
