2017 was another big year in data protection, with Schrems II, the review of the EU-US Privacy Shield and the draft ePrivacy Regulation threatening to break the Internet. We saw frenetic levels of activity in relation to the EU General Data Protection Regulation with companies working hard to be ready for May 2018, all against a backdrop of the still uncertain impact of Brexit.

In this seminar, leading experts from the Bristows Data Protection Team will provide a summary of what the year consisted of as well as what’s to come, as it launches its annual Data Protection Top 10 for 2017/2018.
