Diversity monitoring

We are committed to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment. Much work has been done already and we continue to make progress but we strive to do more. To help us plan for the future, we need to understand where we are now.

We ask everyone to participate in our Diversity Survey on a voluntary basis each year.

Data is collected anonymously and is used to analyse and monitor our progress in promoting equal opportunities at Bristows. See a breakdown of our most recent diversity statistics.

We also recognise and value the contributions of everyone we employ and we work hard to ensure that our systems and processes, such as employee pay, are fair and equitable. Our Gender Pay Gap Report provides a snapshot of how we are doing.
