Richard Pinckney promoted to Bristows’ Partnership

London, UK, 1 November 2016 – London-based law firm Bristows LLP announces the promotion of Richard Pinckney to the firm’s partnership effective from 1 November 2016.
Richard Pinckney will become a partner in Bristows’ internationally acclaimed patent litigation team. He offers extensive experience of complex multi-jurisdictional disputes in the TMT, engineering and electronics sectors. Richard’s practice will focus on patent litigation but will extend to cover a range of advice in relation to contentious IP disputes.

Richard has a background in engineering and is a solicitor advocate with full rights of audience before the English courts.
