Brussels, Belgium

We opened our first international office in Brussels in May 2018 to continue to support clients in EU law matters.

With Brussels serving as the hub for the EU institutions, our team of European-qualified lawyers has the skills to provide privileged advice on areas of key strategic importance, across transactional matters and disputes. Particular areas of specialism include EU competition law, IP (encompassing patents, trade marks, privacy and data protection issues), and pharmaceutical and other EU regulatory matters. Our experts also have the skills and qualifications to represent clients before the EU authorities and the UPC.

Dublin, Ireland

Our Dublin office opened in 2023 to support clients in matters relating to the Unified Patent Court (UPC), as well as to complement our ability to deliver an outstanding service to our clients on their cross-border transactional and dispute resolution needs.

All of our patent litigation partners and several of the team’s associates are qualified UPC representatives, and our lawyers actively participate in UPC proceedings, both independently and in collaboration with lawyers from other countries.
