Daniel is a senior associate in the Commercial IP, IT and Data Privacy team.

His expertise is in advising on the development, exploitation and transfer of IP, as well as related information technology and data protection aspects. He operates across various IP-rich sectors, including technology, gaming, sports, media/entertainment, luxury goods, and life sciences. He uses his broad expertise and experience to provide comprehensive advice and cross-sector insights and particularly enjoys working with clients to understand their products, brands and services.

Daniel joined Bristows in 2021, having trained and qualified at a magic circle law firm. In addition to his work in private practice, Daniel has spent time on secondment at a large global healthcare company.
